- Post-Service: Business records are kept for 7 years as required under Indian accounting and GST laws
- Inactive Accounts: Data from inactive contacts or trial users is deleted after 12 months
- Right to Deletion: You may request deletion at any time and we will process it within 30 days, unless legally required to retain
